Hello lymphnodedd Out of interest what was the outcome? I have recently discovered a similar rock hard lump on the back on my head - I'm yet to book a doctors appointment, Thanks in advance

It just went down after a week or so, was worrying for nothing. I took turmeric and cold showers, don’t know if they helped or not. 

I have had mine for around 2 weeks now, I will probably get it checked out as I'm already on the ginger/tumeric shots but not the cold showers. It is painful to touch but only if I push hard on it, the fact I keep on checking it and feeling it is probably not helping, thank you for responding

No problem. A lot of the touching made my lump worse than it was. All the best
