Hello everyone been having bad cancer symptoms really I had testicle pain in January went to a@e where they injected something into my lower back They can’t find it on there system what the injection was called  so anyway that the pain went away and never came back since so the day after I woke up with a heavy leg and thought i laid on my foot funny so many weeks have gone by I still had a heavy foot with tenderness and then it’s had started in my shoulder and arm I have lost 4 and half stone in 20 weeks I’m constanly tired lost my appetite always getting out of breath the doctors have only done my bloods and said everything is okay when I know In my body something is not right in constanty looking pale and I never look pale I just honestly give up  and don’t no what to do i literally have 0 engery in the day something is not right I'm constanly always thirsty
