The best thing will be to make an appointment with your GP, if you haven't already, so they can take a look and advise. As it is the bank holiday, give them a call when you can and hopefully you'll be able to get an appointment and some peace of mind soon.
In the meantime try to focus on other things and keep busy where possible.
