Hi everyone. My name is Annar. I had Grade 3 invasive breast cancer in May 2012. What a rollercoaster journey, the ups, the downs.

I really commend my Hospital's Breast Clinic and ghe Macmillan nurses for all their care, and my family and friends for all their support and love.

I was given the all clear in 2017, and live to tell the tale. Alhamdulillah. 

Congratulations to those in remission, good luck to those still undergoing treatments. To all those who have lost their lives to this horrible disease, Rest in Peace. Ameen

    Good news like this is always very welcome here. Not only is is really great to hear that you are doing so well after a grade 3 diagnosis, but it is a real boost to those who are just starting out on their journey.

    I am delighted to hear that you have had such fantastic support from all of those involved in your care and hope that you continue to keep well. 

    I was diagnosed with my first bout of breast cancer in 2010 and my second in 2011. I feel so grateful that I still lead a busy and fulfilling life. We are so lucky that diagnosis, treatment and after care, have all advanced considerably in recent years.
