Hi PJDarlo,

I am sorry to hear that you have had a cancer diagnosis, following a routine mammogram. Did you have any indication that things were awry before you had your mammogram? We really are very fortunate to have these tests available and, although nobody wants a cancer diagnosis, this usually means that we catch it earlier than we would do otherwise.

Do you know what type of breast cancer you have? It is good news that you can have hormone treatment. You have had a bit of a whirlwind since diagnosis, but will feel better once you get a conclusive result. 

I shall be thinking of you on Monday and hope that it all goes well.
