I hope this information we have about the problems that can occur after having a hysterectomy will help but if you'd like to discuss this further with one of our cancer nurses, you can do so on 0808 800 4040, Monday - Friday between 9a.m - 5p.m. They're very helpful and will do all they can to answer your questions and put your mind at ease.

Hopefully some of our members who have experienced something similar after their surgery will share their experiences and advice with you soon but if your mum's symptoms do not improve or get worse, don't hesitate to contact her GP or medical team as they'll be in the best position to advise.
