Hi All,

 Not sure who to ask, as I can't go to doctors. For the last few months about a week before my period I have a little vaginal bleed after a bowel movement.  I'm 48 so think it is just part of menopause ‍♀️

should I be worried about it? 
i haven't had a period this year yet (probably because I'm menopausal?) but after a bowel movement today I had a little show again (brown not red!) maybe my period is coming next week, I'm normally regular so not sure since it six weeks since my last period.

I'm up to day with my smears and my last one was clear. 
does anyone else have this problem? is it normal for someone my age?
