Pancreatic Whizzo

I am, seemingly, but cautiously, able to say I am on the way out of Pancreatic Cancer. Been a year now with one short spell in hospital full of fluid struggling to breathe. I am up for an extra 10 chemos, which as others may know, surviving chemo is enough of a challenge although I apparently tolerate it very well. Lucky me eh?

Any more Pancreatics out there, I am sure there are....

  • Hello Skol and a big welcome to Cancer Chat,

It's great to hear from you and thank you for sharing your story. You've certainly been through a lot but well done for getting through your chemotherapy treatment and it seems to have worked really well for you. I am so glad that you seem to tolerate it so well.

I hope that you will hear from other forum members who have been diagnosed with pancretic cancer and that they will be along shortly to share their story with you.

Keep strong Skol - we are here for you anytime you need to talk to others who understand what you are going through and have been in a similar place before.

    Best wishes,
