I'm sorry to hear that you've recently discovered a lump. Hopefully, by now you've been able to chat with the breast care team and they've been able to give you some reassurance. 

It's natural that you may have been feeling anxious, but remember that there could be any number of reasons for the lump you've found. The important thing is that you're getting it checked by the specialists.
