Hi Shiela I can understand your fear because I've been there ,the back end of last year I had a positive fit test and a raised CA125 blood test and told it could indicate ovarian cancer ,I had to have a colonoscopy and a hysteroscopy which I dreaded , ,the hysteroscopy was first it wasn't pleasant but at the end of it which took over an hour she was able to tell me she took a polyp and a few biopsies which she didn't think looked nasty so I was releaved although I knew I had to wait for the biopsy and polyp results to be sure ,the colonoscopy was a doddle compared to the hysterocsopy ,I was sadated and it seemed like it was over in minutes I never felt a thing ,less than 2 weeks later I received news that I had diverticulitis polyps and fibroids and these are what was causing the tests to be raised ,so don't worry its more likely to be something else there's lots of things it could be ,I'm sure you'll be fine x

I hope you're recovering well after your procedure .i had a hysterectomy years ago left my overys as i woul have gone into menopause at 45 back then . on my Fit test results indicates high risk colonecterol? cancer didn't understand the result numbers and anything to do with the C word just so worried and with my husband mild cognative impairment with lewy body's I am just panicking ... sheila
