my mum is 52 and she has pancrea cancer the chemo has worked although has damaged her lungs over christmas they allowed her a month off chemo to build her immune system back up but unfortunatly she got covid which has also damaged her lungs my mum is now on 24hr oxygen with around 90% lung capity so my questions are has anyone else been through this obv but also what to expect ? i apoligise for my spelling but please help ????

    I'm so sorry to hear about your Mum's diagnosis and that she has also recently had Covid which has now subsequently left her in very poor health. It's understandable that you may be feeling worried and have questions about what the future will now hold for her. 

    The best people to speak to will be her doctors but unless your Mum has an appointment upcoming then I appreciate that this may be difficult. You're welcome to call our nurses for some advice and support if you'd like to talk things through with them. They're available Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm on 0808 800 4040.
