Hello, I'm new to this chat but would like to hear from anyone who had taken or is taking Neratinib. I started neratinib on 20th November and after 13 days was taken into hospital due to severe diarrhoea and sickness, despite taking maximum loperamide. Would like to hear anyones own experience on managing this medication, I'm currently weighing up the side effects with the benefits. I'm currently taking a break until I go back to see my Oncologist next week.
