I can understand why seeing all these bruises has made you rather anxious. It's good news though that your full blood count was fine and the bloods were all normal but you probably still feel you need some answers and a clear diagnosis or explanation as to why you keep getting these bruises. 

If you are worried still and need some reassurance, it would perhaps be a good idea to seek a second opinion and to talk to another GP about this. You can find out how to get a second opinion on this page.

Well at my GP it's always a different doctor I see and each one say there is no cause for concern because it would show up In the bloods, would it actually show up if it was that I just worry so much it's taken over my life

           the obvious answer is to seek a medical opinion, diabetes or an autoimmune condition can also trigger spontaneous bruising, but its expert help you need to seek,
