High FIT test result

Hi 

was wondering if someone had been through something similar been a few months Iv been experiencing stomach pain blood in stools but put it down as piles registered with new gp recommended to do fit test that come out to be 242 I asked gp if it could be anything to do with piles he said unlikely as it is broken blood . I'm really worried waiting for a consultation appointment. Just thainking the worst ever!

    Im having a colonoscopy on Saturday after my F.I.T came back abnormal my reading was 400ug/g which is high so yes like you I am worried. But I have read that some people have had as much as a 900ug/g and the result of there colonoscopy was a few polyps and inflammatory bowel disease so I'm hoping it's not going to so bad and trying to stay positive. Yours is half of mine so think positive.
