  • Hello sportif,

your bowel has effectively been reborn and is learning how to coordinate its functions from a new beginning. The day a newborn arrives with a toilet trained bowel your question would have relevance.

For now its patience whilst a changing bowel continues to make the nessacery adjustments to a more settled future.Control will come with time, meanwhile do not stress and take positive actions to assist what will become a very close companion in the months ahead, l am not saying that you will become best of friends, but do try not to be worst of enemies.

What you describe is perfectly normal, my friend went the opposite way to constipation, favouring the more explosive scenario, but eventually rejoined decent society like a petulant child having commenced growing up.

Any concerns just speak to your aftercare team for advice,
