  • Hello Jue22

How are you feeling? I'm sorry to hear that you've been struggling so much with the side effects of your chemo. It's perfectly understandable that you're feeling so low. Do make sure that you talk to your chemo team and let them know how you've been feeling so that they can make any necessary adjustments to your medications.

If you think it might help to have a chat with one of our team of nurses you're welcome to call them on 0808 800 4040, Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm. I'm sure they will be happy to listen and offer any advice and support that they can.

I do hope that things improve for you soon.

    Best wishes,

  • Hi sorry to hear you are not feeling too good I know it's a horrible time but you will get thorough it,I used to eat ginger biscuits and chew on mints that did help a bit.Keep strong and think positive also try and drink water frequently as it helps flush it all through x
