Hi 

just looking for some advice and maybe reassurance. 
I had my smear back in February which came back with HPV positive and abnormal cells. I then went for a colonoscopy and a biopsy was taken which they said looked like CIN grade 1 but results came back as grade 2. I've now been back 6 months later and had the loop treatment to have them removed but when getting it done they found vaginal changes too. So a biopsy was taken for that today. I've got 4 children, I'm on the pill and since my last child I've had spotting but they've said it looks like it could be due to a blood vessel. 
anyway I'm just wanting to know if I should be worried or concerned with any of this?

    Hello Marty4 and a warm welcome to Cancer Chat, 

    I hope you won't have to wait too long for your biopsy results. I can imagine it must be a very stressful time for you while waiting for these important results. 

    I know it is really hard but try not to worry too much or anticipate what it might be. The best thing to do to avoid thinking too much about this is to keep busy and distracted if you can and avoid looking things up online. I can imagine it is hard for you to do this at the moment but it will help you feel a little less anxious. 

    I hope you will also hear from others here who have been through all this before and that they will be along soon to share their story with you. 

    Keeping everything crossed for you that everything turns out fine.
