I didn't feel a lump I felt a heaviness I'm 48 I felt well fit no sign of feeling bard at all for me it turned out BC shock was unreal but I hope this is not the same for you let me no how you get on xx

I'm feeling heavy mess in my left arm,a strange feeling,crazy how I've never noticed this lump before as it's quite large under the nipple but can only feel it not see it,so it wasn't your hormones, can I ask where yours was? It was only by accident I found mine as the sharpe shock in my arm so I raised it in bed and rubbed and then put my hand on my breast and thought what's this..xx

I felt well , my friend was diagnosed and thought I was imagining that I could feel a heaviness under arm and left breast no lumps no visable difference thought I was going crazy so just booked a check on my private medical within 40 mins I had the worst news x 

Try not to worry keep busy as It can be lots of other things not all mammograms and lumps turn out to be the worst news .

I could not feel my lump even when I was going to theatre for it to be removed it was that small x

can i ask if you dont mind what size was your lump when they removed it? 
i had my lumpectomy last week and dont get results until next thursday so still dont know treatment plan just that the lump was small. 
 

hi helou - its an awful time the waiting but as laraj says not all lumps and bumps are cancer. My friend went to the breast clinic last week after my diagnosis with a lump she had for months - it turned out to be a cyst. Hang in there xx
