Hi. I've had the burning sensation you describe and was told last week that my lump was due to an infection. I only heard when my appointment would be just a few days before the actual appointment date. I hope you hear soon as I know the waiting is hard but, in the meantime, try to distract yourself as much as you can. Take care x
