It's reassuring that your bloods came back normal and I hope that you find out tomorrow when you have the follow up call what is causing these symptoms and whether there is indeed an ovarian cyst.  Try not to worry too much though and I hope that they will be able to reassure you tomorrow and give you some guidance as to what to expect and what treatment might be needed. 

I hope that you will hear from other forum members who have had something similar before and that they will come and share their story with you. 

Best of luck for the follow up call tomorrow. There's nothing worse than being in limbo waiting for answers and fingers crossed you will soon get the clarity you need!
