I have had a recall assessment come through. I had my mammogram 2 weeks ago, I go this Friday. To say I'm he terrified is a massive understatement. No one else in my family has had breast cancer.
I've been recalled twice now from routine mammograms - so 2 out of 3. The first time I had a second mammogram and then an ultrasouund and then biospies and results were through a few days later giving me the all clear. The second time, same breast, I had an ultrasound first that showed it was just a cyst, that was drained there and then and my whole recall appointment lasted barely ten minutes.
