Renal Cell Carcinoma

Hi all,

I have recently been diagnosed with a Renal Cell Carcinoma on my left kidney, and the initial prognosis is that it hasn't spread, or that there are signs of metastases.

I have an appointment booked for 1 September to find out what the next stage of the process is, so will wait and see the outcome of that.

Welcome to Cancer Chat. I'm sorry to hear of your situation although it sounds like there are some positives too. I hope that the wait for the appointment doesn't feel too long - I know the waiting and uncertainty can be difficult.
