Bowel Screening waiting times in South Wales

Hello, I am 68  and lve in South Wales, and on Tuesday had a result letter from Bowel Screening to say that they had found a problem with my results and I would need further tests. I was told to ring appointment helpline, which I did...because I am very deaf it was decided that I needed a face to face appointment with Screening Nurse...I havent heard anything else and my anxiety is going through the roof at the minute..could anyone tell me how long they waited for their appointment? Many thanksx

    I'm sorry a problem was found with your bowel screening results and a follow up appointment is needed.

    I know this must be scary but our members are here for you and hopefully those who are based in South Wales will be along soon to let you know how long they had to wait for their appointments.
