Hello Imor and a warm welcome to our forum, 

It's good news that you received a letter to say your smear test was all clear but I am not sure why you have been advised to bring another letter stating an appointment had been arranged for you and to take a urine sample. It might be worth giving your doctor's surgery a call so that they can look it up for you and explain why you have been asked to do this if your smear has come back clear.
