FEDRATINIB for the treatment of myelofibrosis

Good afternoon

I hope everybody is enjoying a lovely summers afternoon!!!.

I joined this forum this afternoon and would be grateful to learn of your experiences in the use of Fedratinib for the treatment of myelofibrosis.

Thank you very much

  • Hello KBROS

I've had a look through the forum and I can't see that anyone else has mentioned taking Fedratinib. However, that's not to say that someone might not find your post in the future and reply to share their experiences with this drug.

I did have a quick look at the Blood Cancer UK forum and I can see that there are a couple of posts there where people have mentioned taking this drug for myelofibrosis. I've linked the website for you so do have a look if you get the chance.

I hope that you're able to connect with others who have experience with this treatment.

    Best wishes,

  • Thank you Jenn

i am new this forum , so I am replyimg again in case I did not follow the correct process when i wrote on Friday.

My understanding is that the FDA appoved Fedratinib in the USA in Nov 2019.

NICE approved the same in Nov 2021 in England.

Therefor the  USA may well prove to be the source of information which i have requested.

I will investigate the BLOOD CANCER UK forum you refer to.
