Bladder cancer

I have been diagnosed with bladder cancer 2 weeks ago have ct scan on Sunday. But I am quite sure it's already deeper as I have bad pains in my hip pelvis and groin as well as lower back and lower tummy. My operation date has been given as 19th of July.  If my ct scan on Sunday shows it has spread. In anyones opinion would that mean my op would be brought forward ?    Thanks

    I noticed you are having your CT scan today so I just wanted to wish you good luck and let you know we're thinking of you.

    Unfortunately I can't answer your question about how the scan results would affect when you would have your surgery but if you'd like to discuss this with one of our cancer nurses, they'll be available next week on 0808 800 4040 between 9a.m - 5p.m.

    Fingers crossed they results show the cancer hasn't spread.
