I have only just joined and just a bit worried 

About a year ago I was admitted to hospital and was diagnosed with Pancreatis the short of it I got over the symptoms of pain etc but time has evolved though I have not had a real flare up since I suffer terrible lower back pain will add I have arthritis in both hips and knees but just wondered  does pancreatic present with bad lower back pain in the bottom of the spine or am I just worrying unduly.
