Hey folks. 

First time Post. 

I've had a hard lump that comes and goes under my left armpit in the same place. It has been like this for several months. I'm always thinking of getting a doctors appointment but then it'll disappear again, conscious I don't want to waste their time. And be like "oh it was there last week..."

I've just returned from holiday and had some sun! Factor 30 the whole week, applied at least twice a day. However over last few days I've had a skin spot on my face (chin) that I thought was there for ages, yet my wife has never noticed it. Anyway it's randomly started to bleed and run down my chin. It's like a spot that won't heal. Possible the two are linked? Should I get a doctors appointment? 45 year old healthy male. Fit and active. Thank you.
