Hello Fallmare, 

I am sorry to hear you experienced a painful breast after a mammogram and that it's still aching. I am not sure myself whether this is something that can sometimes occur but for peace of mind, I would suggest you give your GP a call and explain that you are experiencing this pain and that it wasn't there before the mammogram. 

I hope that the pain subsides very soon and that you'll hear from other members of the forum who have had a similar experience before.
