Hi I was diagnosed with grade 3 IDC breast cancer in November 2021 I have since had a lumpectomy and have started Chemo. My treatment plan is 4 Ec and then 4 pacitoxel followed by radiotherapy and 5-10 year hotmone treatment. I have had 2 Ec and having my third next week and the side effects haven't been too bad at all I know everybody reacts differently to treatment but it is doable. Hi I am triple negative and to put your mind at rest I didn't have any bad side effects at all,maybe felt a bit sick but that was it,you might not have any side effects at all.Jusy stay strong you will be fine x

you are right

had my first EC today felt really nauseous once home 

and had just been sick - but strangely the nausea has subsided 

My treatment is every two weeks so I've a weeks break

No problem at all,try having some mints that might help you also I had ginger nut biscuits,you can do this keep thinking positive x

I hope you feel better, I assume they have given you sicken tablets that they prescribed, and then a box of just incase ones.  Did you have a prescribed sickness tablet on the Evening of chemo?, I didn't on my first round and told the doctor I felt sickness the eve of Chemo and he prescribed one for me to have at 8pm, it made a big difference. I was really Nauseas with EC, I drank 4 pints a day for the first few days too flush it out.  My sickness usually only lasted the first week, I have just had my 4th which is Docetaxil, so a change, just getting through it.

for an anti sickness to take the night before my 

next treatment

Oh Jackie Sounds awful,

have you got any sickness tables? I think you should ring your team and tell them how you feel they may be able to give you something 
 

I really struggled with the sickness so know how awful it is xxx
