I'm really glad to hear your mole isn't cancerous although I'm sorry the skin in that area has come back as being abnormal.

I know it will be tough, but if you can, try not to assume the worst or jump to any conclusions. Easier said than done I know, but many of our members have been in this position so you are not alone and hopefully some of them will be along soon to offer their support and advice.

Hi, thankyou for the reply, I didn't expect anybody to reach out. I'm praying I will be okay, I am waiting to see a dermatologist for more tests. Its just a waiting game which is the hardest not knowing. I always think the worst of most situations especially as a mother I always think I need to be around and healthy for them. 

This time of limbo and uncertainty really is tough, but I hope some of the tips and advice I've found in this article on how to cope with waiting for news will help steady your nerves and keep those negative thoughts at bay.

Hopefully your dematology appointment will come through soon so you can finally get some answers and peace of mind.
