Scared so much. Large complex ovarian cyst

Hi all. I've been having a bloated stomach for a few months. I had to call an ambulance Friday due to hurrendous pulling pain in stomach area. To cut a long story short, they scanned me and have found a 15cm complex cyst. And 2 peritoneal nodules. Not sure if they are linked at all. My is it? (CA 125 levels were elevated but not high, think they were 50? Gynae said they can be in the thousands with cancer. I have been fast tracked for a chest scan and a biopsy of these nodules. Can anyone help? Thanks

I had my complex ovarian cysts removed in October they were found on a colonoscopy. You seem to be in the system as you are having the peritoneal nodules scanned and biopsied , they may refer you to gynaecology when they get the results back from those. They seem to deal with one area at a time. I hope it all goes well.

Hi...
My mum thought she had a uti 2 weeks ago. She went to the GP, who after examining her sent her off to A&E, where she had an ultrasound and CT scan.. she has an ovarian cyst 17cm x 13cm.
She saw the consultant yesterday, who wants to do a hysterectomy. He said they wouldn't know if it was cancerous until it was removed.. he said surgery would probably be in April.
Obviously it's a massive worry - my mum is 86, so this will be major surgery for her.. I understand how worried you must feel, the waiting and not knowing is very stressful.
