I would probably get it looked out mainly for peace of mind. I have a similar lump in my armpit at the beginning of the year and was sent to the breast clinic they said it was a lipoma. I think all lumps and bumps should at least be looked at by a GP. (Also I made the lump worse by constantly poking at it)
