Hi 

I am a 35 Yr old worried sick. I can't eat or sleep. My anxiety is at a whole new level. 

I recently felt a horrible pain and burn above the vaginal area 3 weeks ago. This later turned into shooting pains with some urinary problems. Doctors have prescribed antibiotics for this and pains have got better. The uti wasn't clear cut and I had white and red cells but no growth on the urine culture. So they weren't completely sure. 

I had a private ultrasound to check kidneys, bladder, uterus, ovaries etc. All is fine thankfully and they've said my vaginal pain may be due to referred pain from the uti. Or perhaps cystitis. 

However, I do sometimes still feel pain in the area above the vagina and it is accompanied by lower back pain, tummy pain (above belly button) amd my fuff feels heavy. The vaginal hole is sometimes achey too. There has been no bleeding and my last period was normal. 

I've now booked into a private smear. I need some clarity and I'm so very worried for my 2 children. 

Anyone shed some light?
