Fit test positive result

Hi I'm 39 and had my fit test last week and results were abnormal with 345 ug/g. I have had no visable blood in my stools that I can see. I was referred for FIT test due to a change in bowel movement. I am now waiting my 2ww for a colonoscopy.

I am concerned that my ug/g was so high. Has anyone else has such a high reading and been okay? 
 

I am so worried it's sinister.

    I'm sorry to hear that your FIT test came back with abnormal results and that now you're understandably worried while you wait for your colonoscopy.
