I'm new to here.

I had my first smear test in 2018, results were normal.

Second smear test was in August 2021, results were HPV and abnormal cells.

I went to hospital for a biopsy two weeks later, results came back as CIN1/2 but that the results weren't clear, I was supposed to have a procedure done at my following appointment.

I had to go back recently to meet the gynecologist, had another smear test and biopsy.

He didn't seem happy and spoke about how serious it is, that it could possibly be something more, that the smear test doesn't always show up everything.

I left feeling somewhat confused, could it possibly progress so quickly?

I was told to put all plans on hold for trying to conceive.

What have your similar experiences been like?
