Hi I had a hysterectomy in august 2020 following stage 1 cervical cancer. I was left with just one ovary because when they were doing the op they found my left ovary was bleeding.

I had a vault smear/test after 6 months and to be honest didn't pay much attention, post night shift brain fog probably ‍♀️ but the results came back clear. 
Anyway fast forward a year and my next vault smear is looming and for some reason I'm a lot more nervous they will find something. I've been getting the odd pains on my right hand side where my remaining ovary is which I know can happen but the pain is worse then when I used to have periods and I get a lot of stabbing pains in my lower back, hips and tops of my legs. I'm probably just worrying for nothing but just wondered if anybody got abnormal results after a hysterectomy on their vault tests?
