So it's been intense two weeks leading up to Christmas after I visited my GP thinking I was pregnant but I wasn't. Due to the nature of my symptoms my bloods were done and showed low iron and raised ca125 hence was referred for a scan. The scans showed ovaries okay but bulky uterus and fluid build up just under a C-section scar. The GP did an examination too after hence was referred to gynaecology. I am going in this morning for further investigations at gynaecology and I am so anxious and freaked out and though I was avoiding Google, I couldn't help it and that's how I have landed here‍. I've had an abnormal Pap smear test before and was referred to oncology but the subsequent ones came normal. Glad to read some posts though of almost similar experiences that turned out negative for the C word. I hold onto that hope that it is not it and that it's just something that can be easily resolved.
