I have noticed a dent in my left breast when I raise my arm and bend over my mom died of breast cancer so I am so scared. As anyone has this and it hasn't even breast cancer. I am 50 years old.
I'm sorry to hear that you've recently noticed some changes to your breast. It's understandable that you're feeling anxious.
You don't mention in your post if you've already spoken with your GP. If not then please do get in touch with them as they will be best placed to arrange for you to be examined. It's possible that they may want to refer you to the local breast clinic or for a mammogram. If so then it might help you to keep in mind that the vast majority of women who are referred to breast clinic are not diagnosed with cancer.
