Advanced Prostate Cancer Psa above 4000

Hello

My dad was diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer coming up to 4 years ago. We exhausted treatment over the summer. He is having palliative care now. His psa is above 4000. Has anyone else had experience of a psa at such a high level so late from diagnosis?

    Hello,

    Sorry to hear about your Dad.

    My Dad had a PSA reading of 6000. He found that out when he was diagnosed in 2016. He didn't have any symptoms and felt fit & healthy. It was a big shock. He passed March 2021.

    I haven't really come across anyone else with such high readings.
