Looking for a better understanding

Hey guys, I'm 38 years old and I have cml a version of Leukaemia. For reasons best not said in a general chat I've decided against treatment and since that decision I've felt so much more free I honestly have. I'm hoping to gain a better understanding of what I'm going to go through   I know the text book but what's going to make it a little easier along the way?

    I'm sorry about your diagnosis although I'm glad you feel comfortable and more at ease now you've made your decision.
