Hello. I'm reaching out to anyone that has supported their partner at end of life with kidney cancer. Sadly for us, treatment hasn't worked and we are coming to terms with the news that we are nearing the end of our journey.

Sickness has changed, leg and feet becoming very swollen as a tumour is restricting flow in artery. The right flank has become very solid and swollen around the diseased kidney. 

I am ready to support my husband on this final journey, purely because I can't watch him suffer any longer. 

Palitive are due out tomorrow. Instinct is telling me to take a deep breath and remember we aren't in fixing mode but we are in acceptance mode.
