My Grandma was delirious yesterday and was given morphine. I was called by the home who care for her this morning to come as her condition has nosedive. This morning she was asleep. This evening upon returning she is in and out of consciousness but waking every so often to sip water. 

The nurse thinks these are her last couple of days. I'm devastated and due to the pandemic I have to do this by myself. I intend to sit with her throughout it as she has explicitly stated she does not want to be on her own which is understandable. 

I just wanted to know what to expect really. Thanks in advance.
