My 81 year old father has been diagnosed with lung cancer it is also in his lymph nodes, bones, liver and kidney. How long do you think he realistically has, they won't give him any treatment because there isn't any
I'm sorry to hear about your Father's diagnosis. It's obviously a difficult time for you all and understandable that you would want to know what the future holds for him.
We do have some information about advanced lung cancer on our website which may be of help but in response to your specific question about a time frame, that's a very difficult question to answer. Even the Consultant who will have all the information to hand would be making a guestimate.
