Pancreatic cancer stage 4 advice please

My dad is 55 he has been diagnosed with terminal cancer of the pancreas. It has spread to his liver and adrenal glands , he has a stent put in as he was vomiting bile a tumor was growing over his bile duct and causing the vomiting.this was done few days after diagnosis.Diagnosed on 6th April 21. Starts his chemo on Monday currently he has a of medicine but is refusing to take it. He's taking cbd oil . But he's in a lot of pain we have tried to call nurse out or the docter but he doesn't want that. We really are trying to adhere to his wishes but I think he needs a docter . He won't eat and if so very very little. Iam worried we have no idea how chemo will affect him if anyone has any kind of information on what he can expect I would appreciate that. Also what to expect for the future? We know it's terminal he wants chemo but iam afraid once he has a couple of seasons he will re fuse to go again. If he has no chemo how long will he have left? I have so many questions I just don't know how to cope with all of this it's very heartbreaking. Any information I would appreciate thank you

  • Hi my husband started to feel ill he was in alot of pain in his back and stomach and bevuz he had lung disease we wanted to see a doctor b4 risking going to hospital incase he caught covid. I phones doctors every day they even came out did nothing ssid he hsd water infection this went on fir 3 weeks then i phoned 999 they took one look and rushed him to good where he was told he had a tumour on liver 7cm which was inoperable so hr had more test and went to a hospice for them to get pain under controll. We was then told he had pancreatic cancer which had spread to his liver bowel abduman and lumph node and spine the one on liver was 7 cm he had a stent put in to him and we were together 12 yrs so he wanted us to get married b4 hes passed away which we did and then he came home was due to strart treat which wouldn't cure him but wud give him longer and less pain but with 4 dsys if being home he detretared snd we sent him bk to the hospice because my husband didn't want to pass away in our house because of our 6 yr old son. And with 3 days of being told they cudnt help he passed away with me by his side so within 5 weeks of being diagnosed he had passed away . Im taken legal action against his doctors becuz if they had helped him maybe he be here now. Me and our 6 yr old are devastated its been 9 weeks since his passing he was only 48 but im just glad he got to come home for those 5 dsys to spend time with his son its a silent killer
