Dad dying during this covid pandemic

So Dad who is 54 went into hospice care 2 weeks ago and haven't  saw him at all he isn't  up to video calls I get a few texts here and there . Its heartbreaking I'm broken down and struggling . My Mum and Nana are the 2 named persons for the hospice visits and it's only them throughout that duration both unable to cope if he passes I am the one that usually holds everyone together . He has rare aggressive cancer of the duodenum so it has blocked anything leaving the throat into the stomach and tried to put a stent in but was impossible so told us a week ago had weeks to live . The hospice have said 2 people every Thursday  to the window last week was my mum picked my brother and his daughter ,this week hopefully be my partner and our son who will be 16 on the day . Hopefully I get to see him next time as our other son is missing his best friend . His wishes are to be home when passes but just wondering if hospice will release him if he is poorly or do they accept his wishes xxx

I'm sorry to hear that you've not been able to see your Dad since he went into the hospice. It sounds like it's a really difficult time for you all and add to that the restrictions imposed by the Covid pandemic, I think it's natural that you're feeling as you are.

I do hope that you're able to see your Dad soon. Keep in touch and let us know how you're all doing.

    Best wishes,
