Keepsake ideas - mum in law in final stages of lung cancer

My mother in law is in final stages of lung cancer and we're trying to think of any keepsakes or things that we'd really regret not having when the end comes. Particularly for our 2yr old daughter to remember her by or learn more about her when she's older.
Nothing too taxing for her to do as she's very tired.

  • Does your 2-year-old daughter spend time with your mother-in-law? A short video of the two of them together, even if it's just of your daughter playing with her toys with your mother-in-law in the background, might be something that your daughter will value when she is older.

  • Hi Bea18287

Firstly, I am so sorry to hear about your current circumstances.

My nan is currently coming to the end of her very difficult battle with pancreatic cancer and I have found fingerprint necklaces online that I am ordering for my mum and aunties.

If you are able to get a fingerprint you can send the picture off to various companies who will have it engraved onto a pendant.
