Pembrokizumab

Hi , I am new to this but am hoping for some feedback on the above x my dad is 86 and has a metastatic ocular melanoma spread in his liver , bowel and his stomach x he has been offered the above treatment with only a one in five chance of being succesful x we are all so worried about him starting this drug due to his age and the side effects he may suffer and I wondered if anyone had any feedback on this treatment in the elderly , we are heartbroken at the thought of losing dad but we don't want him to suffer anymore than he has to at his age and he is so undecided about going ahead or just accepting the inevitable , he is afraid it may destroy his final months and quality of life x we just don't know where to go to to seek some advice x
