Hi  I found out that I had lung cancer in January witch was hard to deal with and still is .

I was told at the time that I have stage 4 terminal lung cancer .I am now struggling to breathe and i am now using the breathing exercise to control it, I am glad that I looked to find out more about the breathing exercises

    I'm glad to hear that you've found some ways to help you manage the your symptoms. It sounds as if the exercises really help you to feel more in control of things. 

    We've a number of members here living with stage 4 diagnosis of various different types of cancer. Hopefully you'll be able to connect with some of them as I'm sure that they will be able to offer support.

    Hi thanks for responding to my email, as you can imagine i am finding it difficult to, talk about especially to my wife and kids .

    I have been feeling anxious and depressed and am trying to find my way out to having a clear mind again so am now seeing a councillor and having some alternative med like Rakki hope it works for me as it makes me feel short of breath panicky hot and generally down at the moment. Anyway thank you for letting me get this off my chest and for listening to me moan on again thank you.
