My partner and I haven't been together long, weve known each other 2 1/2 years but not been together a year yet. We should be planning our future together but instead we are planning his funeral!
After complaining of back pain since Christmas he was diagnosed in May with stage 4 lung cancer. Every doctor we have seen have all said that hes not coming out if this... they have said that he isn't curable but treatable but no one will give a time.
He has just had his first session of round 2 chemo and its totally wiped him off his feet!
It's heartbreaking as hes never been I'll in his life and now at 55 he is dying!
I've given up work now to care for him but this isn't the life we had hoped for.. life is ****!
